d/o Joseph Robert Douglas and Susan Melinda Barnett, She was b. 8 Apr 1878 in
New Jerusalem. She died 9 Feb 1951 at her residence, 62 Elgin Street, Saint
John, and is buried there in the Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. She m. 30 Oct
1901 to Joseph Johnson, and they moved to Saint John upon their marriage.
She taught at the South Clones School in 1896, and both terms of
1897, and at the North Clones School for the 1898 Dec - 1899 Dec terms.

Bernice is the daughter of Reade W. Ferris (of Jemseg) and Nellie Rankine
(from Red Bank). She entered nursing at the Saint John General Hospital in
1942 to 1945, and worked there and other Saint John hospital, then married in
April 1946, to Raymond Osborne, (of Gagetown) and moved there in 1951. After
the death of her husband in 1969 she returned to Saint John where she became
the administrator of Dufferin Hall, Home for Aged People. She remained in this
position for the next 18 years. She remarried to a long time friend James R.
Piers (of Hampton) in 1987 and resided on the Kingston Pensulia. After his
death she moved to Fredericton where she now resides (Data from her only
daughter Linda (Osborne) Scott, who lived in Welsford and Brown's Flats for
years and taught school at Welsford for 27 years as Linda Eastwood. I was
married in 1973 to William Eastwood of Hoyt and had one daughter Letisha who
now lives on Baffin Island. I was remarried in 2001 to Alvin Scott (of
Boisetown) and live in Saint John.)

She is listed in the 1901 Petersville Parish census as Sarah J., b.
06 Aug 1881, in New Brunswick, aged 19 yrs, a teacher, and a Presbyterian. She
was listed in the same parish census for 1891 as 10 yrs of age.
She taught (as Sarah Fulton) at the South Clones School in 1902 and
in 1903, and taught at the West Jerusalem School for the term
1903-1903, and at the Summer Hill School for the 1st Term 1909.

b. 25 Feb 1890 in New Brunswick, and was named Ina Hilda (aged 1 in
1891, Free Baptist; and 11 in 1901, a Methodist)
INCH - James Robert
(BA, MA, LlD) - s/o Nathaniel Inch, Sr. and Ann Armstrong, of Ireland and New
Jerusalem. He was born in New Jerusalem, and m. Mary Alice Dunn of Keswick,
York Co, NB.
They resided in Sackville for 18 years, while he was employed as a teacher
at Mount Allison University. They then removed to Fredericton, York Co, when
he became Chief Superintendent of Education.
INCH - Rheta - d/o
W.Teed Inch (1863-1926) and his wife Bertha G. Webb. She was unmarried and for
many years taught Home Economics at the Saint John Vocational School, on
Douglas Avenue, retiring sometime after 1953.
She is listed in the 1901 Petersville Parish census, as Rheta Marion, aged
9 yrs, b. 18 Feb 1892, in New Brunswick.

d/o Percy A. Inch and his wife C. Grace Short. Rhoda became a teacher, and was
a missionary in India. She taught at the West Jerusalem School for the
